CGM300 online monitoring system for characteristic gases is a customized, cost-effective, and flexible device designed for real-time monitoring of such gases. It is primarily used for monitoring carbon emissions at industrial facilities, detecting the concentration of beneficial gases such as negative oxygen ions in park and forest environments, as well as monitoring toxic and harmful gases at the boundaries of chemical industrial parks.

It uses high-performance, long-lasting brushless motor air pumps; under standard operating conditions, their service life is ≥2 years.

Sensor lifecycle management feature: Each sensor is equipped with a 32-bit high-performance ARM chip. Its service life is monitored on a minute-by-minute basis, and information regarding the working environment, such as gas concentration, temperature, and humidity levels, is also recorded. The main control unit analyzes the lifecycle status of the sensors to detect signs of wear and tear, adjusts the gas concentration readings accordingly to improve measurement accuracy, and issues early warnings for maintenance and repair needs.
